Book a one-to-one yoga class in the privacy and comfort of your own home or via Zoom.

My private yoga classes are totally personalised to meet your goals and abilities, making the session individual and unique to you.

We’ll discuss objectives at the beginning of your first session, and I’ll tailor your session with improvements, relaxation and flexibility in mind.

The understanding that you’ll gain within each 1:1 session is equivalent to attending 5-6 group classes.

Yes, absolutely! Yoga has tons of benefits, including:

How much does a private yoga class cost?

Your first 1:1 yoga class is £75, then ongoing sessions are £60 per hour. Small groups, hen dos, sports clubs and groups can also be catered for.

I’ve created my own unique approach to yoga, having trained with world-leading yogis David Swenson, Shiva Rea and Ana Forrest.

I’m a Yoga Sports Coach, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Reiki II Practitioner, providing detailed anatomy questioning and key alignment awareness. This unique combination of skills means that I’m able to give you detailed knowledge of the anatomy and safe structural alignment in your asana postures during our session.
